Large-scale works require more than standard shipping. To preserve the integrity of your piece, each piece undergoes a specialized crating process from our studio to your home.

For US Orders: To provide a seamless experience following the 2026 US customs updates, effective January 9th, 2026, we now utilize Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping. This means we pre-pay all border fees on your behalf, ensuring your purchase arrives at your door with no additional costs. The price at checkout is the total price you pay. No additional charges will be processed.
Made-to-order or Pre-order items have an estimated rate at checkout. Shipping fees will be confirmed, and our team will be in touch with the final rate and any additional shipping payment required.
If you refuse any shipments from September Collective, you will be responsible for the
shipping charges, as well as any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
Update for Our US Customers - August 19, 2025
Beginning August 29, 2025, US Customs will introduce new regulations that remove the current $800 import exemption.
To provide a seamless experience following these updates, effective January 9th, 2026, we now utilize Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping. This means we pre-pay all border fees on your behalf, ensuring your purchase arrives at your door with no additional costs.

Pre-ordering allows you to secure exclusive or in-demand items as they become available. Full payment is required at checkout, and your item will be reserved for you. Pre-ordered items typically take up to between 30 business days to 60 business days of production time and you can expect the order to be shipped to you within 1 week of arrival. We have included an estimated arrival date on the product page. While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, unforeseen delays may occur, and we will keep you informed. Please note that pre-orders are final sale and cannot be canceled or modified.
September Collective currently ships to Canada & the US. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US Territories.
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@septembercollective.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that for all standard returns where the item is not damaged or defective, original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be withheld from your refund.
September Collective reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds where fraudulent activity is suspected, including but not limited to false damage claims or abuse of our return process.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalised items, and personal care goods (such as scented candle products). We do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Contact us at info@septembercollective.com with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return. You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for damaged or incorrect items. We recommend using a traceable shipping method for returns.
Refunds will be processed to your original form of payment within 10 days of receipt of the returned items. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
No, we do not offer exchanges. To receive a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
