We’re pleased to offer you free standard ground shipping on Canadian and US orders above $150.(some exceptions apply). 

All orders ship within 24 hours with priority and standard  shipping options available. Please reach out to info@septembercollective.com with any questions.

Exceptions: Certain products will incur additional shipping costs due to their size, weight, or the delicate nature of the item. (See Artisan Handling Fee)

Artisan Delivery & Care 

Large-scale works require more than standard shipping. To preserve the integrity of your piece, each statement-sized piece undergoes a specialized crating process from our studio to your home.

• Insured Studio-to-Door Transport: Full protection for your investment.

• Protective Structural Packaging: Designed to maintain the finish of statement-sized works.

• International Ease: For U.S. collectors, all duties and customs are paid by us. No additional fees upon delivery.

• Seamless Arrival: Arrives ready for immediate installation.

Note: A bespoke artisan handling cost is reflected at checkout to ensure a secure, insured journey.

For US Orders: To provide a seamless experience following the 2025 US customs updates, effective January 9th, 2026, we now utilize Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping. This means we pre-pay all border fees on your behalf ensuring your purchase arrives at your door with no additional costs. The price at checkout is the total price for the item.

Made-to-order or Pre-order items have an estimated rate at checkout. Shipping fees will be confirmed, and our team will be in touch with the final rate and any additional shipping payment required.

If you refuse any shipments from September Collective, you will be responsible for the shipping charges, as well as any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the return of the package.

How does pre-ordering work?

Pre-ordering allows you to secure exclusive or in-demand items as they become available. Full payment is required at checkout, and your item will be reserved for you. Pre-ordered items typically take from 30 days to 2 months to arrive, depending on production and shipping timelines. The pre-ordered item you have selected will indicate the approximate arrival timeline. While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, unforeseen delays may occur, and we will keep you informed. Please note that pre-orders are final sale and cannot be canceled or modified.

What countries do you ship to?

September Collective currently ships to Canada & the US. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US Territories.
