The Ankole Horn Mini Salt Cellar with Spoon is a wonderful addition to your everyday kitchen use, a stylish touch and an elegant accent for tabletop settings when entertaining. Ideal for holding spices, herbs, or seasoning blends or offering individual portions of condiments, sauces, or garnishes at each place setting.

This unique, hand-crafted horn product is sustainably made from the horns of the ethically sourced Ankole-Watusi, or Ankole Longhorn, a breed of cattle native to western Uganda and parts of East Africa. No animals are harmed solely for this product. These distinctive horns are a recycled byproduct of the food industry and are purchased directly from the cattle keepers, providing revenue for local cattle keeping communities. The horn is then hand carved by a small scale artisan community.

High variability of horn colour ensures that no two pieces are the same - each piece has variable shades of beige to brown to black. Colour options listed below are representative of the most dominant colour.
